My guess is our new pet for Undershore.  It's been bouncing around on Lucy for awhile (Before July) so this could be wrong also so take it as you will.

It's leftover stuff from the previous spell guy, and has always been unobtainium. It's an exact copy of Spirit of Hoshkar, so you aren't missing anything.
