anyone know what the best spell lineups are for group/raids/duo(merc)  for maxing dps/serivablity

Max dps and max survivability are opposing goals...you choose your own balance. As for dps, it's a periodic topic. I suggest the search button up top, try "burn" or "dps" as keywords.
