Feral Vigor - Bugged?

I was grouped with a shaman last night and he said that his Heal over Time spell wouldnt land on me.

I then removed Feral Vigor and it worked.

Surely this isnt the case as Vigor is a 30hp Regen (actually kinda a bullcrap spell anyway).  But it doesnt stack with healers HOT spells??

I use the wanderer's whistle charm, and I get a HoT message from feral vigor when I'm running around and it bumps up a hp or 2.

I cannot say whether I get this same message from other regen spells, as I've not looked for it.

I often 2-box a cleric, I always have Feral Vigor on me and I have no problems with HoT.

Stacking Analysis for Feral Vigor doesn't show any conflicts with HoTs. Lucy hasn't updated for yesterday's patch yet, but "last night" in your original message would have been pre-patch anyway.

Looking at shaman HoTs there really isn't any conflict with our regen line. I do see that their spells don't stack with the potion HoTs ... any chance you'd used one of those?

Failing that, best guess is that your buff slots were full.
