Time/Early GoD suggestions

Almost broke into Time, as well as farming a little in GoD, and was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on things not to pass up.. or upgrades for gear at that progression point.

Specifically Feet, Ear, Bracers, possibly weapon, and possibly neck.

I like my VT neck, but it's age is starting to show without an aug, the effects are good but the HP...  but.. 8 FT and 8 Regen...
The feet has been the hardest spot for me to find upgrades in the past... and still seems that way.
My Grimel ear is very nice, and I don't want to lose FT or mana pres, but it's starting to become my weakest HP item.
Bracers except for haste and the focuses, are my weakest slots pretty much, also hard to find as well as feet.
For the weapon, the ideal i want is Despair, but would settle for something like Shinai of the Ancients when time comes.  Not aware of many other possibilities tho.

Done almost all of the single group content in DoDH, and working towards skylance and devastation skins..   Done most of the quests in arcstone and relic, but not all. 
Can get an ele/time(actually DoDh single group missons but..) geared group to try most things, if i ask enough :)

Just looking for suggestions on gear.   I like my focuses, and FT and Regen..
The general want is to get more HP, but don't really feel right about losing so much FT, regen, and focuses.

So any advice is helpful.  Such as other possibilities in singel group or time/GoD raid content.
Rather happy so far with gear I have, just always looking for more, guess thats kind of an oxymoron or something, but not sure.

These are the main things from Time I think you should try to go for. It will be good to have a both Despair and Shinai of course...because some mobs are weaker and others might be resistant to blunt in GoD. Good to have alternatives.

The pants have an equalaent in Ikky raid trails, which I wear now. Silver Hoop of Speed is good to wear and good clicky for a long while. Wristband of Icy Vengence will be your firend way past Qvic. Others are some minor upgrades, but the focus and extra bits will make you a bit better geared all around.

I would also have your guild look at such Raids as  Battlemaster Rhorious and  Zun`Muram Volklana in RCoD,  Ritesmaster Verok in Ruins of Illsalin....all good raids and will help your guild push through some content.
