when do warders getdualwield?
i've been asking around everquest for awhile and noone seems to know.
I couldn't find it in any of the old topic

According to the Pet chart Thread (http://www.beastlords.org/forums/index.php?topic=332.0), 30 can duel wield poorly. 39 and higher all can well.
