Picked this little gem up last night and was wondering if anybody has any links to how much improved dodge helps. Seems pita to parse that one... Real little gem of a cloak for bsts tho, has everything we need for that slot  :D

Problem being I dont know any warriors with it  :lol:  Seems like a noticable improvement to me but I didnt do any parses plus eye can see things that it likes  :)   Oh well....
