April Fools Quest

OK, shrouded down and did the first part of the quest (Did level 65 TBS) but can't get the second part.

Question is:
A) The second part no longer active now that it isn't 4/1?
or
B) There a hidden flag and you can't shroud down to do the quest?

There is a Joker (don't remember the name but he's hard to miss) standing near the tree next to PoT stone. His first quest is kill 5/collect 5 and return to him (level appropriate) and then offers a second quest upon completion. The second part is where I am stuck  :|
