lookin for euro guild or late nite guild

Moved to italy in june and looking for an euro guild to join. currently on povar/morden rasp but will server transfer. 63 bst with 33 aa (no too great yet, magelo is http://www.magelo.com/eq_view_profile.html?num=1265825) as my main. i got bored with my main and rolled a bst, loved em, and never looked back. i have been playing for a lil over 2 years now and love the game but wanna start raiding. Looking for info on what server to go to that has euro guilds workin on ele or willin to backflag. Have completed PoJ trial, Hedge event, Grummus, AD, MB, and BoT access. Will be able to raid 4+ days a week, from 5PM to midnightish ( -1 GMT). I understand that 63 is low to be raiding, and i dont have what many high end raid guilds would require, so info on what guilds are about my lvl would be helpful also. Thx and happy hunting.

also is there a way to search guilds that are recruiting other than making  a toon on each server to go to guild lobby and check?

Only suggestion I would have would be to google the different servers and try the different server message boards.  I know Saryn boards have a place for guild recruiting... not sure about others though.
