help picking new server

Hello all I am a 70 bst with 450 aa in guild on drinal we have done time and just starting on tacvi and doing mpg raids for anguish access (not there yet).  Looking to switch servers and  looking for guild that is fairly close to where we at and either in pacific, mountain or central time zone any suggestions would be appreciated
