I've never heard of a "rip away" bra, but take a look at the close up picture.  If it was truly ripped then why is is such a clean rip that just happens to perfectly match the snap on panel?

Clinton should have simply admitted right away that he got a hummer just like Janet and Justin should have admitted they wanted to shock us so they set up the breast exposure.  Would not one of those sundial rays have hooked into this material as it was ripped away?  Bullshit.
