paragon and casting reinforcement 3

I was certain that by obtaining casting reinforcement 3 that my paragon ability (now have aura 3) would last 48 seconds or 8 ticks. I don't seem to get that. I only have 7 ticks or 42 seconds. Has something happened or am I bugged? 30% X 36 = 10.8 + 36 = 46.8 seconds.... am I wrong on this?

Unfortunately, it's not rounded up. You only get the tick if you've earned the entire thing.

6 ticks * 10% bonus = 6.6 ticks, result 6 ticks.
6 ticks * 20% bonus = 7.2 ticks, result 7 ticks.
6 ticks * 30% bonus = 7.8 ticks, result 7 ticks.
