Grimling Thrasher quest NPC

Hi all was wondering if anyone know where the loc of the npc is for this quest..

I'm on quellious so the north town has been free for a long while...

On a side not just would like to say that the exp is great in the caves at grimling solo 55, really easy single pulls, about 60% LB and 40% blue but fast kills and can average 20% exp and about 1-1.5K per level in loot.

In the town at the entrance to Tenebrous Mountains (in Grimling Forest), once the scout/veteran/captain quests have been completed.
