Beta and other issues under an NDA

Some people don't seem to understand or want to follow the rules of the NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) and we feel this issue needs to be addressed.

While we don't want to deny people from talking about their issues, thoughts, etc, if this board wishes to be looked upon favorably by Sony, we have to follow their legal agreements such as NDA's.

If you friend wants to tell you something he/she legally shouldn't we can't stop that but we also can't allow topics of conversation here regarding material under an NDA.

If myself or another admin or moderator sees a topic on one of these subjects, we must delete or move the thread to a non public location or Sony will be beating me over the head until we do something about it and/or not deal with us at all, which will be bad for beastlords in general.

Sorry to disrupt the flow of conversation to some degree but I have no real choice in the matter.
