......is the best XP if you are in your 30s. The rats will not assist and will not aggro until you attack. Makes it easy to solo and med when needed. I have leveled toons here before SoE made it a hotzone and it was good XP then. Now its even better. Lowers 30s with DS and DS potion on, I was getting 20+% a kill. Upper 30s it slows quite a bit(6-7% per kill) but they die really fast. Great place to level to 40 then hit Mesa for your gear quests.
I found the griffons near mesa zone to be better xp in the upper 30's. They do assist, so it takes a little more care, but the xp goes faster.
