It will take a lot of work and completeing three different quests but you can get a charm and two augs that will give you the following stats:

ac   30 10 12 =  52
str   25 15 18 =  58
dex  25 15 18 =  58
sta   25 15 18 =  58
cha  25 15 18 =  58
wis  25 15 18 =  58
int   25 15 18 =  58
agi   25 15 18 =  58
hp  225 50 75 = 350
mna 225 50 75 = 350
end 225 50 75 = 350

sf   20 10 12 =  42
sd   20 10 12 =  42
sc   20 10 12 =  42
sm   20 10 12 =  42
sp   20 10 12 =  42

Artisan Charm
Slipgear's Gem
Wanderlust Guild Loadstone

Artisan Charm
Yes it requires you to have 300 in 7 tradeskills to get the full effects.  And yes you need around 250 in pottery, but it comes with a type7 and type 8 aug slot and with Slipgear and Wanderlust you will be hard pressed as a solo to find a better charm.

Slipgear's Gem
This was a fairly easy one to get maxed stats on, using the lvl 70 goblin shroud I got a Spirit of Eagle and just ran/sneaked through it all.  Link is to all, trying to find the old link that I used.

Cartographer Slipgear

Wanderlust Guild Loadstone
I personally have not done this quest yet as I dont have the Artisan charm to put it in.  From what I have read though it sounds like most of it is easy with one or two zones being really hard.  The nice thing is that even if you don't complete the full quest the aug will get better with each step that you do.

Good luck.

There's a quest now in SoF for some oil can charm with 450/450/450 i believe. Not sure if it is soloable, but a single group should be able to knock it out ok.

I'm wearing that combo at the moment. At my tradeskill level it's ac 45, 300 hp/mana/end, 52 all stats, 37 all resists.

You've got some poor information there. It's not 200 in 6 tradeskills, it's 300 (the max!) in 7 tradeskills to get the full effect. It's a good charm if you already are a tradeskill guru, or are well on your way, otherwise I'd look elsewhere. Eqtraders has a calculator to determine its value based on your tradeskill level: http://www.eqtraders.com/calculators/charm_calculator.php?menustr=130100000000

If you don't have the tradeskills, I'd look at the Charm of Lore instead....you can go a long ways on that one solo as well, no tradeskills required.

Slipgear's Gem you've got right.

Wanderlust Loadstone is mostly soloable, except for the last stage. You'll need a decent group do to the Ashengate part at the end. Without the ashengate stage, it's about the same as Slipgears.

Tinmyn's Oil Can, starts with Tinmyn in Fortress Mech., groupable, requires level 80 to wear, gets full effects only if you're carrying a specific amount of cash...which is an extremely annoying restriction if you like to play looter at all, or if anyone leaves autosplit on.
