Just curious if anyone could give me good ideas of places to grind AA w/ my beast/sham.

Both of my chars are pre elemental and have their POP lvl 65 spells. HP's are probably my bigest problem.. but untill my guild gets to elementals that will be the way it is. Highest plane I duo'd in was POV while I was pling my beastie so he could get into BoT.

I also have a 57 or so druid on my shamans account.. I was thinking I may get him to 58 and then start using that as a duo instead.. snare and better heals would be nice. Then I would make a new partner for my shaman on the beast account... posibly my warrior.

You can use your shm/bst in BoT or HoH.  Q on it's own is usually enough to cover heals depending on gear of bst.  Mobs don't run so don't need snare and the shaman can put out some decent damage as the fights go a couple minutes.  Slow, dot, Q, dot, cani, dot, cani, next.  8)

I would think BoT would be tough with his gear, but HOH should be no problem.  The only thing you might stuggle with in HoH though will be pulls.  You are going to get 2 pulls most of the time until you get the camp broke, so be ready to root with the Shaman.  What about PoV?

Since the Q changes healing in tier 2 and 3 have become a lot easier with a shaman. The debuffing also helps; when I was xp'ing pre-elemental even in PoV could become tricky with a resisty mob. If money is not an object make ds potions and you can keep a DS potion up for 100pp an hour.

For instance the golems in PoV could hurt quite a lot without slow; an unlucky round would do almost 2k damage so slowing reliably increases the safety factor a lot.  You can do this with the druid too but ultimately I found the shaman best for tougher mobs and the druid better for easier mobs.

So essentially if you find tier 2 or 3 easy with the shaman, try the druid. Otherwise stick with the shaman if the druid healing holds you back or you have too many close calls.

It would depend where he was.  I was refering more to stormriders than kreigers hehe.  Q since the healing boost offsets most/all of the damage he'd be taking.  With malo/slow/protspirit/tnarg's he really should be in much trouble at all.  The 2 pulls when breaking the camp in HoH can be annoying if they get resist crazy, but I think he'd be ok and once you break one you can adjust your timing to work in more pretty easily.

Can't wait to see the healing changes to Q when I get back from the Netherlands :) yay! With my luck they will nerf shaman on purpose/acident when I get home lol.

Stormriders sound like a very good idea, especialy if I can single pull them. One  of the places in BoT that is rarley camped on luclin.

I did try BoT giants before but shit hit the fan if I got more than one.
I tried tactics, and I think I killed a few but had to zone when slow didn't take on one.

I think I may get the shaman virulent paralysis AA before I try non single pull areas again.

Q being 420 a tick instead of 300 is huge.  VP is a very nice AA and helps a lot to.  The stormriders being single pull is great.  Also you can pretty much pick and choose cleric or warrior if no one else is killing them, so that's nice.
