69.3 DoDh Quest Bugged

[Kelrish Ravenous]

Attempted this quest both on hard and normal yesterday, but when Wicyl the Watcher is intended to despawn/gate back to his room, he fails to do so. We even tried to fight him in his room, but he remained in his 'invincible' (Can't be hit, the target of spells, AE'd, etc) form the entire while. We petitioned and /bugged it, but no response.

Just a quick warning to any of you who may be looking to do the quest and maybe a plea for help for anyone who knows how to get around it...
