Skyshrine Armor

I'll be screwing up my CoV faction pretty soon for a Clicky Identify Mask, but before I do, I want to go out and get the Skyshrine Tunic/Boots for their clickies. I was wondering, since the name of the mobs were not listed on Alla's, what mobs drop the No Trade/Drop items I need for turn in? Would I need a raid to kill them, or are they soloable by a fair-equipped beastlord?

IIRC this armour drops in TOV East. Mobs were pretty hardcore when i did them, (pre pop) needing 18-24 people. I have no idea how hard they are now days. Go try and find out.
