Min group level for DoD spell arc missions

Did a quick search for it but wasn't able to find it. Does anyone know the minimum group level to get the DoD spell arc missions by chance?

At least level 67.  It could be as low as 65 but that would require some testing.  Only need 3 to get the group missions.  Make sure though that if someone is logging into the game, to have them zone at least once.

All the missions so far with an average level lower than 68 have received lesser cursor rewards also.

I was able to get 69.1 Normal low 60s after having completed the mission with someone else getting the task.  I believe that one is available at level 65 though you can not get the Hard version until later.  At level 65 having completed the mission 3 times, on my new server, I still can not get the hard mission but I can get the Normal whenever I want.

Ok I believe hard version requires an average level of 68 to get mission.  I was doing a hard mission tonight and a level 70 left and we could not add a level 65 to replace him.  Levels were 70, 70, 70, 70, 66, 65.  I did not get mission a level 70 did.

I believe that you can do the mission at almost any level. But, once you have acquired the mission, you have to keep the level 'average' the same. Hence: Why you could not replace a level 70 with a level 65. It would cause the mission to become 'unbalanced.'

Hard verisons plus some that only have one version need average level of 68 to get mission. normal ones average level 63+ will work.

Interesting observation Comikazi. That would explain a few things. Will test that with 68.1 and a 69.1 easy tonight if I can. I was able to get a 68.1 mission with 2 70s and either a 61 or 62 toon which probably makes the min group ave for those 67 vs 68 though assuming EQ is standard across the board and truncates all fractions. The 68 arc could also be a special case I spose.
