Possible Qvic Like gear??

Just got "an ancient helm Mold" off a named yellow con in Sunderock Springs.  No clue what it is used for at this point, but will be keeping a close eye to see if anyone finds out.  Might be gear that is made kinda like Qvic.  Thats the "rumor" tho hehe

I've seen some class specific armors that looked half decent, were rec level 75.

Major problem I've seen with them so far:  no foci.

Actually the way I read that was him saying that this is tier 1 armor.
