TD Scout won't accept Seal

Hi guys, ran through all 6 Scouts today with some guildies.  Got to TD and Scout there would not accept seal.  He hands it back and says "I'm sorry Shaityn I have no need for this item, you can have it back."  I have checked to make sure I was not invis and that I was handing in the correct seal.

I was told in serverwide that this meant someone had attempted and failed to kill the images.  Anyone had any experience with this and if so, any luck on getting GM's to repop the Scout or am I just going to have to wait this one out?  And will Scout depop on his own?  If so, how long does this take?

24-72 hours.  Depending on your GM support, you might as well wait it out.  Sometimes when this happens, the correct handin mob appears on top of the broken one - can be tricky to get the right one selected in that case.
