I am a 53 beastlord wil be 54 tonight, i always have access to a 65 druid amd probably a 65 warrior at any time in addition to that i will have a 58 ranger and 53 monk to add to the mix so my question is

 will we be enough for ALL encounters?

With plenty of room to spare.  The dru + war alone could do all of the encounters.

Might want to add that they will need some decent resists too.  Some of the AoEs are sorta nasty if that land every time. =p

At 65, you're not going to have problems with the procs landing much unless your resists are pretty low for your level - anything over 100 in the appropriate resist for each fight will let you resist most of them, anything over 150 and they may never land at all.

However, count on the Swamp of No Hope croc AE proc landing every single time on your 54 BST unless you have some serious MR. (200+)  That shouldn't be a problem, the Warrior will just have to provide most of the dps.
