any decent quests a 49 Beast can Solo?

Im just looking for a alternate way to get some XP and plat/items other than the hack N' slash methode that is Everquest today.

anything anyone can think of that I could do?

Im iksar too =/ I like to explore new places.
but I hate to camp ultra rare mobs for beyond rare drops.

I had a monk and spent 200+ hours camping raster.
I had a Ranger and spent 60+ hours camping that stupid griffon in Ice clade. Stormfeather or whatever his name is.

so i think Ive done my fare share of waiting.

hmm - they really should change the quest part of the name - everriad, everaa would be closer...

they could also change it from RPG, to MMOHn'S

I seem to do more hacking and slashing than RPGing.

It wouldn't be terribly exciting and does involve killing greens but you could get the OT gate hammer. Not sure how your VS faction is. If it hasn't taken a hit I think you need to collect 88 war braids off the berzerkers in OT. Anyway, the end result is nice to have and xp is decent when you turn in the braids.

Best quest that you can solo around 49/50 is the iksar beastlord claw.

Apart from that, you can do the prayer shawl up to number 5, I think; and the coldain ring, not sure up to which number.

Did you mean braid turn in Zee? Easiest way is get an evil race illusion postion

Ah...thought for a minute that they had changed that so that Illusion potions didnt include a fation change....Perhaps I'll do that.

Also Ive never heard of the iksar beastlord claw. I assume it starts with the BL GM in cab.

My kitty used an essence of dark elf potion which took her from "scowling" in Vah Shir form to "apprehensive" in Dark Elf form. It took a mere 250 braids to get to amiable as a DE lol.

I'm still KoS without the illusion but that does not matter. The zone in point is safe to heal, rest and buff and I usually just levitate and run to PoK over the water. No messy trains and griefing of the folks in the OT this way.

The good news is that there is a bank in the outpost not far from Rottgrime so you can do more turn-ins than just with whatever you can carry.

I did the quest at 49 and would do so again. The Sarnak Berserkers you need for the whips are green, just what you'd want for faction work. They allways drop a whip so no cursing the RNG when looting.

The spot I chose is South/East from Howling Stones. Three more or less ruined buildings all housing Sarnaks. The spawn is random Berserkers, Knights, Enthusiasts etc. with a fair share of Berserkers. If you get ahead of the spawn there are enough wanderers around to keep you busy until the pop. All but the green Berserkers where at least light blue and by the time I was done with them i had not only my hammer but also a full level of XP.
