Some of the programs that you use to run 2 instances of EQ on the same computer allow you to access a specific session with a specific keystroke.  For instance, with WinEQ 2, ctrl-alt-1 gives you session 1, ctrl-alt-2 gives you session 2, etc.  When I put multiple sessions on one box, I just pre-pend the appropriate keystroke combination to every Nostromo macro I make.  That way I can always ensure that I am sending information to the correct session even if the session is on another computer on the KVM switch, since it will force it to the correct session even if it was not there already.
