1HB upgrade

Currently I am using Copper Hammer of Striking. Epic 1.5 is out of the question with my means. Any suggestions on a upgrade for it in my offhand I should save for?

Any other gear suggestions welcome too.

If you have DoN , you could always save up for Gold Dragon Mace (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=36280) , this is what I currently use , probably should use it in main hand but like the claws and hate the way they are the wrong way round in off hand........but that is another story altogether on this board !!!! I have Mace in my magelo if you want to check it out

I would maybe try for a fabled steel hilted flint dagger while they are around. Baring that Dedgerex's Flintforged Cudgel and Velium Inlaid Claws are both solid weapons on the cheap usually. Depending on your AAs you could run either ViC/ViC or DFC/ViC which is what I used for a long time. A bit more expensive (probably) is the barbed blades that has a nice 40pt or so life tap. The rare drop from the clockwork MM in Lavastorm is a solid little 1hb that I used for a while before my 1.5. Of course it looks like a pizza cutter and everyone had one a bit ago. Am sure that has changed as they have ~overhauled the MM twice.

there's a semi-decent h2h with a LT proc that can random drop in the 69.1 mission as well.

http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=89562 is a random in Stoneroot Falls or bazaar-able.

According to the DPS calc, at 65 with your aa's http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=82374 from DoN at 90 crystals will out-damage the cudgel or fabled dagger in the offhand, and the Mace is req'd 70.

Yeah, Go with the Bone Fist Sheath... 20/23 for 90 Crystals is a steal. You can pretty much "rent" it from the DoN merchants and turn it in for the level 70 req. fists when you get there.

Are you saying I can turn it back in and the merchant will give me the upgrade? I don't know a lot about DoN, took some time off and missed a lot of things.

No... he will buy it back from you for crystals... less than what you paid for of course... but you still get something back.

You can farm stoneroot falls for a skymaul, cerimonial hammer. They are a rare drop 1hb evolving item wi a bad attitude. Kinda humorous to watch, bit slow to evolve but fun to use.

I have been using a bone fist sheath in the offhand for a while now and am very happy with it.
Can get some good hits with it including some crits in excess of 200, and a lot of hits in excess of 100.
Have got a Studded Mace of Contemplation i my main hand which does me well also.

Full gear in magelo.
