No worn effects such as MP or haste or the like will stack.  Spell buffs and bard buffs and worn effects will as a norm.  Attack, regen, and FT are the exceptions afair.

Actually, most worn mods do stack (regen, mana regen, attack, shielding, dot shielding, spell shield, strikethrough, accuracy, combat effects, avoidance, etc.)

It's easier to say that focus effects and worn "spell effects" (like haste) don't stack.

The better focus effect allways activates and,  unfortunatley, they dont stack.

Mana Preservatin IV is 10% savings  and Preservation of Xegony is 15%

Just have to slip the in words "up to" in trog's post hehe.  It's "up to" 10% mana savings and vest is "up to" 15% mana savings.  8)
