Discordant Healing

So apart from Inktuta sash, do we get any other discordant healing items? We've never even seen the damn thing drop, despite clearing the place 5 or 6 times now...

I think you mean the Sash of Enveloping Quiescence. I found only one other item with discordant healing on it that we can use: Shroud of Pandemonium, but i have no idea where it drops or if it is live at all.
