Title: OoT issue post revamp

With an aid of a tracker, I was able to find Marrey McGrannel in OoT on one of the 2 small islands near the center of the zone.  But running around the island I can't find him and there seems to be no way to get to the peak.

Have any of you found a way up there yet or is the npc bugged and unreachable?
