Need Anghish key for Epic 2.0?

Yes Anguish key is required to get the 2.0 SoE devs said that the 2.0 would be very near impossible for the casual player to obtain so we should have expected the final piece being in the current endgame. The final piece for every class epic 2.0 is the globe of discordant energy dropped from the Warden http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=16887 I am finally at this step but my guild is currently stumped by Ture in Anguish. Maybe someday after DoN comes out I can get this piece. Hope this helps.

Accessto Citadel of Anguish (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2978) This is what required to gain access to the Citadel of Anguish. You can skip the first part if the riad is keyed to enter but you have to completed Step Two.
You have to complete step one if you want to be able to loot anything though. Unless the raid will let you loot a completed seal once you're inside.
