Indeed - the end of the argument, for me, is that a debuff and slow team is always better than a single caster handling both.  And without a debuff, as a slower we are worth far less than either a shaman or enchanter - which is fine by me.

If Bengali's 50% resist rate at 70 is correct, then I don't see any adjustment needed.

I see no problem with a 50% resist rate in a high end experience zone.  A group taking a Beastlord as slower should know that they're paying a price (bounced slows) for some increased utility.  (Better short term DPS and some decent group buffs.)  If you really, really need something to work the first time - go with a specialist class, not a hybrid.
