Your guess is as good as mine.  Tast and I thought it would have been addressed eons ago.  Ry even gave specific numbers as to what they were "supposed" to be, but the conversation was confidential so I can't post them.  The point though is that this issue wasn't like the many other issues that require debate and consensus (or at least that's the impression we were given), and the only reason I can think of as to why nothing has been done on it is that they just had other priorities.  The delay is pretty egregious, though.
