What is the highest faction needed for this and as a Kitty Kat, what is the highest faction I can reach, What class do I need to get to help me out with the faction adjusment? thanks for all the answer's

I have a somewhat applicable thread running right ahead of this as well.  There is no total lazy way out of factioning for the frogs.  Get yourself a ghould lord scalp if you are evil (Scalp of the Ghould Lord), a friendly enchanter and see how it goes.  Anyhow, good luck on your quest for this.  It's not easy.
