Earring of Veracity Faction?

I have a question about faction for this quest. Do you need to be on good faction with seru and katta for this quest? Or just katta? I'd like to do it but my seru faction is pretty messed up and it would be hard to be good with both factions.

You only need katta faction. The npcs that you need to deal with in seru are not on seru faction they are on katta faction.

The only suck thing about not having Seru faction is getting to places to work on the quest.  

Once your KoS its a pain in the butt to get to the top level of the guildhouses for reports.  I broke down and resorted to mage coh.  Found a mage for like $50 bucks and perma coh bot now for wherever I want to move him.  Although it is fun training out of some of the buildings when you run into a see invs.
