Is there a way to change the author of a post? I cut and pasted a bunch of fiction from the old site, but now realize that that leaves the original author unable to edit it. Can that be fixed?
They can do that or you can get the origional owner to paste it in. Its up o them. The Changing of the owner its a touch more involved but not too difficult.
It is of course up to the Author of the story. If they want to edit the story, they need to either re-post ( as Pojodan did ) or have the post author changed. The subject of editing or deleting posts has become sensitive lately, and I just wanted the MODS to know I don't care if these posts are changed or deleted, I just wanted to save the storys.
Thank you Mac, I appreciate you moving my stories over here. I'll make a new post for my stories. Hopefully I'll have time to continue them in the future.
