*EDIT*  I forgot to mention that I recently got the fabled Savage Platinum Fists, but magelo doesn't have them yet.  Would this make pet AAs what I should go for, since i have maxed WA and the fabled pets hit like trucks?*EDIT*
Hi guys.  So I only have 300 AAs spent, but I can't decide what I should get now.  I feel like I should get more defensives, but in the places I AA (CoD and vald at the moment) I tank just fine, so it's really hard to not go for DPS :)  I raid occasionally, but as my guild is mainly 85 I don't feel like there's anything I need to do to contribute at the moment besides AAs and gear so I can effectively get up to 85 and stay a viable group member.  Any suggestions are welcome, thanks :)

When I was grinding out AA's, I balanced out my Defensive/Offensive/Pet AA's.  Now that I find tanking a bit more difficult, I use a tank merc and have moved more towards Offensive and Pet AA's.

Focused Paragon

Those 3 are great tools that get some of the best bang for the buck.  Also, I would invest in Feral Kick 1 since it has been bugged forever making us immune to Enrage :)

In regards to defensive AA's, it is really hard to tell if my current CA21 CS11 help much in SoD content.  I feel that I still get whipped pretty hard with those.

Being that Bsts play more of an offensive roll in most groups and raids, I would concentrate on maximizing DPS output.  If you find yourself regularly drawing aggro off the MT's, then get some aggro reduction AA's.  With trial and error, you'll find your right balance just as well all have :)

Advanced Pet Discipline (get first rank not dps or defense but helps control pet)
Fury of Magic (I got my biggest DPS upgrade from my nukes)
CA/CS (Im maxxed on these and tanking can be a bit of a problem for me in SOD content without an actual healer)
Veteran's Wrath (you'll get a fair amount of dps from melee crits)

In general, bsts have become a dps class.

As such, dps AAs are the path to greatest benefit to us, imo.

For the defensive AAs, the greatest bang for the buck is going CS/A 10.  After that, your return on AA expenditure plummets.  Yes, they are needed to function effectively at higher game content.. but your greatest return for time involved are on those 20 ranks of defensive.  So getting them will help you survive while waiting on asp/raven/gorilla to refresh after getting agro from bite's kaboom.

Awesome, thanks! I already have 12 or 13 in each of CA/CS, so I guess I'll stick to max DPS AA for now :)  question--if I train pact of the wurine, can I delvl back to 75 and use it, or would i need to stay 76?  Already dinged 76 once for triple atk ;p

not sure exactly what it parses but i do know its better then any group SoD weapons.
