Does the DPoC work on 66+ pets or only 49-65?

DPoC works on 60-70 pets for beastlords (don't correct me about level 59, we don't get a 59 pet).  It has reduced effects on the 68+ warders though atm.

And that cape has minion of discord, not minion of eternity lol.

Pyrique Redwing in WoS has a MoE belt as her rare drop.  Relatively easy encounter, too.

Yeah, but again an older focus item that is doing less for our pets.  Think about if a raid mob was dropping improved damage IV items.  I really don't get what they are doing with pet focus effects.  Their gains were already on the small side and now seeing items drop with summoners boon that add a whopping +1max hit to 68 pet or MoE type focus from back in PoT well trash mobs are dropping 25% to healing and nukes, etc to level 70 focus just doesn't make sense to me.

Are any of the Pet Foci droppable? Or obtainable by a casual guild?

I am having a hell of a time getting the Tak points for the DPoC, few people near my level ever seem to get even close to LDoN's.

For the focus to apply to your pet, do you need to be wearing the item with the focus only when you summon your pet, or do you need to have it equipped all the time once your pet is summoned?

Only when you summon the pet.  Before augments could be removed many people would swap out their item with the DPoC in it before they summoned their pet.  And hopefully not forget.  Fortunately I didn't upgrade my Range item until augments were removeable.

This was either changed with no notice recently, or wasn't true to start with - a friend aquired this focus the other day, and his 68 warder (with 68 haste) now hits for 94 instead of the 90 it was hitting for with DPoC.

I've one of the lucky few that have the Zulaqua's Cloak for pet focus and with my 70th lvl pet it normally hits for 107 with a crit high of 175.

As far as i recall i think my 68 warder was 99/159 with GoD feet for focus.
