Pet... Gender?

I'm a male Iksar Beastlord and every pet I summon is always a female.  100% of the time from level 9 to 61 over several years.

I think this is kind of interesting, and im wondering what other race/sex combinations are getting or wether every warder is female?  Maybe male beastlords get female warders and female beastlords get male warders? Or maybe iksar get female warders and trolls get male, etc, etc.

The way to tell the pet's sex is simply to con it.

Any feedback?  This has no practical value, its just funny.

PS: My warder's name is Grah.  Because that's the noise she makes when she fights stuff.

As far as I know, all Vah Shir warders are "it"

Vah shir is an "it" but I call mine a female because it has no evidence of a maleness to her. Plus she is my personal tanking WENCH! =)  The pet should take on the sex opposite of your sex personally IMO.

Iksar are the only ones who have a pet with an actual gender.  All others are "it".

Though my Fluffy is a female, regardless of what EQ says.

My warder just became an "It" when I cast my level 62 pet spell.

I am annoyed by that.

Oh well.

Mines named Tigger.

Reason being is, my daughter was sitting on my lap watching me play and she goes Tigger - thats T i double grrrr, that spells tigger.

So the name stuck.
