phase spider carapace and solstice earring are two big things i see, should be able to get those for around 12kish

A few simple things.
Chest - phase spider carapace, storm riders tunic
Legs - brown chitin leggings, ripped leggings of the immortals
Ear - solstice earring, lupine frenzy earring
Arms - hardened grey flesh sleeves
Back - lodizal shell shield, iksar hide cape

Hmmm... with 12k, you may want to divvy up the money for several slot upgrades...
Ear - Earring of Solstice.
Chest - PSC, or if too expensive, Boiled Leather Cuirass can be had for 2K-ish or so
Shoulders - Elder Wolf Hide
Range - Heck, can toss in Goranga Idol
Legs - Moss-Covered, Ghostly Leggings, or Ripped Leggings are good choices (if you play sparingly, then the first 2 are better choices since Ripped I think are reccommended level 60)
Wrists - Bracelet of Fortitude (no reccommended levels) if you can find one cheap. Bought mine for 3500.
