muada's letter lost, need help

hi just after a break of 1 year
was then busy with muada's letters
but i lost that letter

tried to hand in disturbed beast essence and the other and he eat them!

any idea if you can get a new letter?
otherwise i have to start again?

since i did already the helm part and collected the drops until the sfinxes

hope you can help me what to do

the problem is that i dont have the helm anymore,  did combine it before and after use destroyed it probably.
but i did the turn in of the 4 grasses already
and was halfway trough the letters

maybe just starting over again its not that big deal, only saves a lot of hours to just start with the letters again
