Primal Evolution, a PG13+ relaxed raiding guild at the DPoB/DK level is looking for 1-2 good personality, active beastlords to join us.
Our mantra is ~ FUN > ALL and we try to back this in everything we do.
- We're healthy on numbers but would consider small group transfers of various class mixes, so please inquire if this is something you're interested in.

RAID INFORMATION:
Raid days: Sun-Thur
Raid times: 7:30pm - midnight eastern
Desires: 3x/week or more raid availability
Targets working: DK1/Mayong

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Relaxed raiding without fear of humiliation/ridicle if errors are made.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 75
• 250 AA
• Gear level negotiable (but we'd expect strong groupable gear if non raider)
• Experience level negotiable (Anguish+ hopeful, DPoB+ a bonus)

• Dreadspire access

Personality is extremely important to us, as we are not a loot/content oriented guild. We are a guild that laughs at our mistakes and as such we are looking for positive-minded, friendly, dedicated beastlords to add to our ranks.


LOOT SYSTEM:
Given our playerbase has both full time raiders and part time raiders, we have a hybrid loot system which combines the following to make sure all who raid are rewarded.

• 45-day rot DKP system (points bring you to the contender group)
• Loot Council (officers/members) make the final decision based on various factors
• Item cost is demand based
• Low demand items are dictated for free so less rots

We believe in spreading loot around (only as good as your weakest link) rather than top down gearing and our loot counts are demand based. So if you think the highest raiders should always earn the best loot, Primal Evolution is not the guild for you.
