Growl fix

I noticed today that growl of panther is hittin me for 1:18 (30% extended) - same as warder time.  used to be just 1 min so it looks like a ninja fix.  hehe maybe its been fixed for months but i just now noticed.

as a followup, is this spell an "enhancement"?  Although spell casting reinforcement does work, worn extended enhancement focus does not seem to effect it.  any other focus work on it to make it run longer than 1:18 ?
