oow spells tradeable?

They can be researched. It is my understanding that the runes you loot (69/70s) are still no trade.

I have heard conflicting stories, but one consistant fact is that the 69, and 70 spells are now bazaar fodder. I still haven't seen any beastlord 69, or 70 spells in the bazaar... the only one I'm gunning at present is the 70 slow, as the tss spells are all upgrades to our current spells. I'm not entirely sure however if our 69 pet balwark is still worth it though... haven't seen clear data regarding tss pet balwark yet.
