May 11 patch in... anyone able to confirm the new slow is from a glowing? Am a bit wary of rolling on one if I don't know if I can even use it, heh.
handed in a glowing soon as servers came up, and WASN'T given the new spell....
so its either a) not live or b) obtained some other way
There was no messaging of our new spell in the patch. We may have to wait a bit longer for it :cry:
