Trouble with turn in

I finally got my ME and PoN drop and went and did the turn in to Muada. After that i realized i had not turned in my letter from the guy in WW yet. So he ate my PoN and ME drops and then after i turned in letter he said i needed to find those essences. So im really mad at myself and im wondering what i can do. I tried saying those things after you turn in the essences in but no response. I sent a message to a GM but does anyone have any info i would really appreciate it.
