DoD spells

Does anyone know where the DoD spells are sold or dropped? What are they and is there a list anywhere? I have checked Alla's and EQLive site but to no avail....anyone with info please let me know! Thanks.

For 2: to sorta repeat myself: there's a vendor in the under-whatever that sells the port spells.  He's been the rune turnin guy as well from what I've heard.  Rune's drop from named, instanced or non-.

The Beast DoD spells 1) Beastial Empathy  is the result of doing the 5 mission for 68 preogression, the 2) Emphatic Frenzy or whatever, is the same, ut a whole different set of progression, for 69.

The sad part, is that I had completed 5/6 for the 70 progression as well, and found out, bah, we get nothing for 70 progression  =(
