prism skin still working?

Hey there all,
   Quick post from work. I havent seen prism skin go off on my warder in quite some time now. Has something been changed with that? I'm level 77, using appropriate spirit of spell.......

Jeswin Prism proc was working fine for me last night, have not tried today though so not sure.

nope works fine for me, check to be sure you haven't moved or lost your filter for spells worn off.
