That is a defensive proc though and shouldn't? interfere with offensive?
Yes, my main concern simply was if the epic proc has a lvl maximum like part of the magician's epic. I truely do not know how EQ handles the different proc types. 8-)

Primal Fusion Parry is simply a stun and all stuns have a max level, so yea it won't land on anything over 75 (max level for the stun) that does not apply to the DD part of the epic clikc for either class.

You're getting concerned about something that's just plain trivial to test, you know. But since I already had the answer in my logs, I saved even those five minutes. Pallorax is about level 90 and the epic proc lands:
[Thu Jul 30 19:15:57 2009] Nusa`s warder begins to cast a spell. <Wild Spirit Strike>
[Thu Jul 30 19:15:57 2009] Nusa`s warder hit Pallorax the Soul Slayer for 200 points of non-melee damage.
[Thu Jul 30 19:15:57 2009] Pallorax the Soul Slayer's skin burns with venom.

As for whether the Mage story is true or not, I don't know. I'm not a Mage. Even if it is, that's for the Mages to whine about, not us.
