What level is the pet summoned using spirit of Kolos?

What level is the pet summoned using spirit of Kolos?  At 93 he is only dark blue.  I thought it was level 95.

It depends on the pet focus you're using.

Would assume level 90 before pet focuses, and up to 94 with group pet focus,  95 with raid focus.

That is how it seemed to go in previous expansions if my memory isn't too foggy after only being up 5 minutes.

You could ask various random players to con your pet if you really want to be certain. I've had to do that a few times, usually someone in my guild though. Too bad Lucy/Allah doesn't list what level pet we summon with each spell. Well acurately anyway.

Pet is only Dark Blue with EM-XV at 95 just fyi.

With EM XIII pet cons white to a level 93 toon.

With EM11 the warder cons even to a level 92 character.
