Guild titles

Can anyone explain to me how the customizable guild titles work? Since I returned and shifted my main group to FV, I formed my own guild just for G-Hall use and banking. However I've grown curious about these customizable titles and haven't been able to figure them out.

it's pretty self explanatory, you can name them whatever you want (leader, supreme being, peon, officer, lieutenant, whatever) and give them permissions based on what you want them to do.

Then what am I missing? I thought I went through everything to make a guild title for someone and nothing. :( :?

I know that there are guild ranks but I've seen others in use but I'm not talking the standard recruit, member, senior member etc.etc. etc. titles. Things like raid team or raid member or stuff like you said.
