I'll keep this simple:

can you be 'flagdragged' into Time, or do you *have* to have the Quintessence of Elements?

You have to have the drops from the 4 gods & have combined them and done the PoI part. No 85/15 rule for time.

Yes, but you can be 85'd into all the fights, get the quintessence, then get into time, even though you can't get into the ele planes without a raid.

You only have to kill 5 enemies to get time access: Arbitor, Coirnav, TRC, fennin, xeg. of course the difficulty of these compared to getting elemental access is WAY off. but that kind of goes without saying :D

You can't be 85'd into PoEb.

You can be 85'd into earth though and if you have arb then go into poeb. That's why someone dysz said you need 5 mobs and listed arb.
